S de Kock attorneys is a law firm specialising in Commercial and Civil Law and is based in Paulshof, near Johannesburg's economic hub of Sandton.

SUSAN DE KOCK
Founding Attorney
Susan de Kock was admitted as an attorney of the High Court on 24 June 2008.
She commenced her practice as a young candidate attorney in 2006 at Everingham, Rogers and Partners, a firm specialising in Insurance litigation where she trained to be an attorney. Thereafter, in 2008 she joined a firm specialising in Banking litigation, Jay Mothobi Inc, where she polished the legal skills she had learnt during her articles. In 2010 she joined Bell Dewar Inc, a leading firm in South Africa, which later merged with Fasken Martineau, a leading International business law firm, where she was an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department. She resigned in 2014, as she envisioned creating a new type of law firm that moved away from the old school mentality of a traditional law firm.
Susan is a specialist litigator with experience in Banking, Insurance, Product liability and Insolvency matters.

Susan is also a contributor to her community, having lectured (and is still lecturing) to degree undergraduates at Midrand Graduate Institute, Varsity College, The Ivy League, the University of Johannesburg, as well as to candidate attorneys as part of their practical legal training.
